My Students
Would you like to help our music students receive a unique music education? Help us to purchase the steel drum stands to succeed in this endeavor.
Every child deserves to have educational opportunities to help them succeed, not only in music but in life as well!
These students are some of the most enthusiastic children I have ever met! They come to class every week ready to play music and enjoy life and all the beauty it has to offer! I want to give them a love of music and culture that will last them a lifetime!
My Project
I would like to give all students in my school an opportunity to play steel drums in music class. With the COVID-19 pandemic, students are facing challenging situations both in school and out of school. Our children need hope and exciting things to look forward to when returning to school. This project is designed to be that opportunity and a continuing musical experience for our students. In this year's class, I would like to add steel drums to my general music class for all students in the school and give them a chance to learn an accessible musical instrument while enrolled in an elementary school music program.
