This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My budding maker space is a really cool place to experiment with materials and design and build out prototypes and projects. We do a lot of prototyping with cardboard, but we don't really have a neat place to store it in our classroom. Currently, it's piled up in one of our worktables, but it's always spilling out into the aisle, causing a potential tripping hazard. Not only that, but we often find pincher bugs invading our cardboard.

If we could store our cardboard in these laundry bins instead, then we wouldn't have to worry as much about finding unwelcome guests in our materials!

We are also in need of some open shelving so we can store our supplies in a place where they're easily accessible, easy to find, and out of the way. Please help me provide the most organized, efficient maker space that I can so students can continue to create to their hearts' content!
