My Project
With this project, I am requesting two laptop computers to build a STEAM-centered Learning Lab. Computer skills are becoming a necessity during a time when assessments are facilitated in virtual settings, and we are seeing where our society is turning increasingly to technology for daily assistance.
Imagine a classroom where students are using computers to analyze geometric angles of famous art works, research famous the famous artists who created the art, and learn to use the technology to create presentations on their new computers!
They would learn to collaborate with one another, build social and academic language, and use multi-media devices to explore new content. They will learn that math, science, art, and engineering all connect to real world concepts and enjoy challenge of the higher-level thinking expected of our future scientists, engineers, and artists.
