My Project

Please help me give my students an excellent 5th grade year! These kiddos have struggled to enjoy school for years. The last time they remember school being positive was the first half of their 2nd grade year. Through the pandemic, students started feeling like school is more like a prison. I want to support them in enjoying learning again.

The flexible seating option will give my students an option in how they sit in the classroom.

Students who have options on how they sit are more likely to sit and engage in learning for longer periods of time. This will increase learning time and improve my students performance.

The art supplies will support our science curriculum! This is the first year where my students are getting actual science content and I want it to be engaging. We are studying eco system rehab through habitats, and I want to use the art supplies with my students so we can recreate habitats through project based learning.

These supplies will improve my students' learning experience, all while improving their understanding of school and its purpose.
