This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My project materials will be used to help benefit my STEAM club and allow my students to learn with hands on projects.

STEAM is important -it helps our students develop knowledge and skills to become future leaders.

Balloons, sandwich bags, playdough, straws, compasses, coffee filters, and pipe cleaners will be used in a variety of projects to help our students be creative. STEAM teaches our students to be creative in many different areas of Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Mathematics. I enjoy teaching my students in this area but am in need of the materials to be successful.
