My Project

Every year our school holds a STEAM Night to get everyone excited about Science, Engineering, Arts and Math. We work with the students so they can supervise guests at different STEAM stations with a teacher there to sponsor that station. We want to continue the impact of that night beyond the event by giving out prizes for as many of the stations as we can.

These STEAM Kits are themed along with the stations and give the students that receive them an at home extension free to explore above and beyond their school curriculum.

For example, the lego kits help students learn about engineering and design as well as the Marble Run kits. The science kits give them lots of science experiments to work through. At school our students build robots with legos and code other robots. These robots allow them to continue to explore building robots and combine that with solar power.
