My Students

My 23 students are fun, creative students who love hands-on learning. When they have the opportunity to explore, they jump right in. Their creativity is non-stop, and they look forward to trying new things each and every day.

Students who can capture the love of learning at an early age will be able to make their world a more magical place and share their experiences with others.

My first grade class is part of a school that ensures community building with in the school as well as within the community around us. We are always eager to learn from one another and aspire to reach for the highest star possible. I love my students!

My Project

The school year is here and we are ready to roll right along with our learning. My students are an engaged bunch of six year olds who love hands-on activities. These steam bins will help my students to explore their creative side and keep their juices flowing for more. Using the building blocks and interlocking plastic discs will also allow students to create and develop various objects that they can share with other students in class. Students can also use the objects made to help them develop stories during the writing center or help them create a visual art project.

Integrating science, technology, engineering, art, and math into the life of a first grader will be inspiring.

I look forward to opening up this world of discovery to my students every day. I hope that these bins will promote future engineers, authors, and painters. Thank you for helping support an amazing group of students.
