My Project

My students need craft materials to support their engineering design projects about creating sustainable parks.

Our school is home to a diverse community of learners, representing many cultural backgrounds.

More than three-quarters of the students are from low-income families and rely on the school to provide the necessary tools for success. They are a great group of kids who deserve all of the resources they need to succeed.

Engineering design has been an effective way to connect with students of all learning styles. Additionally, my students become highly engaged when they are given opportunities to bring their own creative solutions to problems. These modeling clay, tissue squares, and tissue paper will allow them to construct ideas beyond what they have been able to do with just cardboard, glue, and paper. Students will be so excited to be able to include new materials into their designs! Please support my students and their creativity.
