My Students

Our students are dedicated students and love to experience new technologies. In our STEAM class we have all students in the school at one time or another. Even though they are different in many ways they all enjoy this class because they get to create and become hands-on learners. Our students truly enjoy to create, invent, and learn the engineering design process because it applies to so many aspects of their lives. After leaving this class they always enjoy coming back to visit and seeing what fun activity is going on in the STEAM classroom!

My Project

To have a successful STEAM program a 3-D printer is a must have! We have started using TinkerCAD software to create a keychain and a cell phone holder. Now its time to try something a little more complicated!

This 3-D printer will be able to challenge our bright students by having them create projects in TinkerCAD and have them figure out how to print them out in TWO COLORS!

This 3-D printer would take our elective students and truly challenge their ability. My students this year have only used tinkerCAD (3-D design program) for the first time this year. I can not even tell you how much they have excelled using and mastering the program. Help me give them the ultimate 3-D printing challenge by donating to our project!
