This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Students

I teach in a charter school in Ohio. My students are an amazing group of kids. They are an active bunch, but always ready to learn. Help give them the best opportunity to learn each day.

My students come to school every day, eager to learn and get the most out of their time at school!

They are amazing children with a passion for learning.

I want all of my students to succeed, and be able to accomplish everything they know they can.

My Project

I would love to get some STEAM resources in my kindergarten classroom. All to often in the early years of of school science is put on the back burner for Language Arts and Math.

I want to see my kindergartners get excited about science and STEAM is a great way to get that started.

I would love this LEGO Early Simple Machines set to help them begin to understand the basics of STEAM and how fun it can be. With the creative LEGO Brick Kit they will be able to explore fun new and exciting ways to build and create.

Kindergartners learn a lot though play and by giving them these STEAM resources they will be able to learn through play which is so very important in early childhood.
