My Students

We are in a 2nd grade classroom in western South Dakota. We are always growing and learning. We love to think, question, and explore new concepts of learning. We love to take risks and try new things. We love hands-on activities that will help us thrive in our future.

My students mean the world to me! I love what I get to do every day! I hope to help support their needs in any way that I can.

My Project

STEAM stands for science, technology, engineering, arts, and mathematics. Students are naturally curious and creative.

My students will use these materials to dive into STEAM activities to brighten their creative minds!

My students have time every morning to explore and create. Their first task of the day includes STEAM bins where they get the chance to succeed right away in the morning. Students are naturally curious and having the resources to create and explore through STEAM gets their minds reading for daily learning. My students will be able to use these materials on many different STEAM challenges throughout the year! They will have the opportunity to make and create a gravity marble track, lego mazes, gear tracks, and use engineering ideas to survive an earthquake.
