Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

We are a creative classroom family of 33 amazing scholars who learn in a variety of ways.

My students are have a growth mindset and enjoy challenges; they are the best students in the world.

With our growth mindset, we can do anything! We value educational experiences, projects, and activities and appreciate every new supply and tool. My students enjoy projects and have a thirst for knowledge. My students rock, and seeing their academic goals and dreams come to life is wonderful. They inspire me every day.

My Project

Our scholars value supplies and appreciate having every pencil and tool because they know it helps them make every project and activity extra special. In our table groups we want to have a supply holder where students will have shared group coloring and writing supplies to use for class projects and art pieces.

Having group supplies at each table will help students build sharing, communication, and responsibility skills while encouraging them to create beautiful work.

Helping students build responsibility for group items such as pencils, colored pencils, pens, glue, and sharpeners will help build skills necessary to be successful citizens. Dry erase markers will allow shy and nervous students to share their thoughts without having to raise their hand; which will slowly encourage them and build their confidence.

Sharing these supplies can promote collaboration and provide students with opportunities to hone their problem-solving, public speaking, and group project skills for their future careers and school experiences.
