Staying Protected with KN95 Masks

Help me give my students KN95 and KF94 masks to help them stay healthy and safe during these unprecedented times of COVID.

My Students

I teach a bright class of motivated and innovative fourth-grade children who enter their new classroom with confidence and curiosity. My biggest challenge is having a lack of resources. Having the best resources will allow me to differentiate, enrich, and challenge all learners. I teach a multicultural fourth-grade class in a Title I school with limited resources. I teach students from various cultures including immigrants from Africa, Latin America, Asia, and the Middle East.

Dr Seuss states, "The more that you read, the more you will know.

The more that you learn, the more places you will go." This quote resonates with me because I would love to help all of my ESL students who speak different languages to accelerate in reading this year.

Fourth grade is an important grade in elementary school. In fourth grade, my students come from a variety of backgrounds and not all of the students have easy access to technological devices. All of my fourth-grade students would benefit academically from reading leveled books. By the end of the year, I expect to see my students' levels in all subjects rise as a result of maximizing learning to its ultimate n

My Project

My students need KN95 AND KF 94 masks to keep them healthy and safe from Covid in the pandemic. Most of my students do not have access to the best PPE materials. My students would benefit from have the KN 95 masks which provide better protection than regular surgical masks. The KN95 masks have a filter efficiency of greater than 95% and are designed in a smaller size. The masks will fit well, and the improved filtration will help to keep kids safer from any potential COVID-19 spread. While we keep the windows open and do everything we can to increase ventilation, KN95 masks for the students would make a huge impact on improving their overall protection. Please help us purchase high-quality KN95 masks for our fourth graders in order to minimize the risk of in-school transmission.
