My Project

As a Culinary Arts teacher we give our students some pretty serious materials to work with and trust that they will be safe and make good decisions. What I love most about my students is that I can trust them with these materials and see that they take them just as seriously as we expect them to. Learning culinary knife skills is an essential life skill that every high school student should enter into adulthood knowing. Not only to use these tools safely while living on their own but to also have confidence in knowing how to use the tools in their kitchens and prepare a healthy, budget friendly meal.
