My students are from a large urban community. They live in small apartments with no outdoor private space. They have been stuck inside, quarantined since mid March. They miss their classmates and friends and yearn for social interaction and play.
My Project
My wonderful students are quarantined at home for 2 months now. They have been separated from family and friends whom they love and care deeply about. They miss their loved ones terribly and yearn for the interactions they had.
Since children thrive, learn, and grow from social interactions, the colorful stationary sets in this project will give my students an opportunity to stay in touch while also practicing and sharpening their writing skills.
Help give my students new stationary sets so that they can stay connected and feel the love from one another by writing letters to each other.
