My Project

Physical education provides cognitive content and instruction designed to develop motor skills, knowledge, and behaviors for physical activity and physical fitness. Supporting schools to establish physical education daily can provide students with the ability and confidence to be physically active for a lifetime.

Physical activity for children can improve cardiovascular fitness, improve posture, provide better sleep patterns, increase self-esteem and confidence, improve concentration, help with relaxation, and build stronger bones and muscles.

We are requesting equipment and supplies such as; soccer balls, basketball balls, footballs, and hula hoops to facilitate the teaching of health, physical fitness, physical education, and the coaching of games and sports within our physical education instruction.
