My Project
I teach an incredible group of 9th grade science students who are curious, hardworking, and eager to learn. My students are always pushing themselves to understand complex scientific concepts, and they approach each challenge with enthusiasm and creativity. They are special because they support one another, ask insightful questions, and strive to do their best every day.
A lack of basic supplies like pencils and a working sharpener can disrupt the focus of my students and slow down their learning.
I’m requesting a supply of pencils and a reliable sharpener, so my students are always prepared to engage in class activities without the frustration of broken or missing materials. Having access to sharpened pencils will allow them to focus on their experiments, take notes, and complete assignments without unnecessary interruptions.
My goal for this project is to remove small barriers that can have a big impact on learning. When students have the tools they need, they can concentrate on thinking critically and exploring new ideas. Your support will help my students stay sharp—literally and academically—throughout the school year.
