This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

In my classroom, I prioritize student wellness and learning readiness. One simple yet impactful way to support this is by ensuring that each student has access to a personal water bottle throughout the day.

Hydration plays a crucial role in cognitive function, mood regulation, and overall health, making it essential for optimal learning and development.

By providing each student with a dedicated water bottle, I aim to promote healthy hydration habits and reduce the use of disposable cups, aligning with our commitment to environmental sustainability. Additionally, having their own bottles will empower students to take ownership of their hydration needs, fostering a sense of responsibility and independence.

Your support for this project will enable us to purchase durable, reusable water bottles and inspirational stickers for each student in our classroom. These bottles will not only serve as a practical tool for staying hydrated but also as a symbol of our collective dedication to student well-being and environmental stewardship.
