Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I coach in a low socio-economic area where the majority of my student-athletes cannot afford an insulated water bottle. Having a water bottle on hand will ensure that they will have water with them at all times and will not need to interrupt their instructional time if they become thirsty.

Help me give my student-athletes a reusable water bottle that will keep them hydrated both on and off the court.

By refilling our water bottles we will reduce plastic waste and drink more water throughout the day to improve our health! Student-athletes need to stay hydrated because it helps them maintain a healthy body temperature and focus. Dehydration can lead to headaches, tiredness, and poor sports performance. These bottles will be used to help the student-athletes stay hydrated.
