Stay Healthy and Active With Badminton

Help me give my students badminton racket sets, jump ropes, and bowling sets to stay physically and mentally healthy.

My Project

Mental health problems can impact academic performance and future success. Poor mental health contributes to a lack of motivation and an inability to focus. Playing badminton can help students stay physically and mentally healthy. I have a group of active third graders who love to play badminton. The badminton racket sets allow students to practice in school and play single or doubles games. They also assist students with badminton technical skills, as well as learning about teamwork.

This project will help my students become physically fit and learn the importance of teamwork and good sportsmanship.

Your donation to our project will allow my students the opportunity to learn a group sport while having fun. This badminton program will help students develop a love for badminton and expand their interest to build up a higher level of play. Also, jump ropes can help students warm up, strengthening their muscles and bones. It can also boost focus, reduce stress, and enhance cognitive functions. Moreover, students can participate in bowling to engage in team-building activities, promoting communication, collaboration, and even some friendly competition. Furthermore, research consistently shows that physically active people remain healthier mentally and are able to perform better on tests. Healthy active students are happy successful students.
