My Project
My students attend school at a 3500+ student body in a large urban center. They reflect the diversity of the world. I want them to be successful in my statistics class and have access to what they need to learn.
I want my students to have the materials to make statistical content come to life.
Collecting data and then making graphical displays makes the concepts of center, outliers, shape, and spread real and accessible. My students need the tools to create these display -- which includes paper! Budgets have been frozen in my school, so I do not have access to ANY money to buy basic supplies.
