Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I would like to be able to set up small group stations next semester for my students who need math intervention or enrichment, and I need a space that allows group interaction. A half-moon table will be the perfect place to start my collaboration groups.

Half-moon tables allow instructors to face small groups of students and work with each one individually and as a group.

It will benefit students to have direct instruction and teacher lead intervention in smaller groups where we can work on foundational math skills. Having station opportunities and group collaboration areas in my classroom will benefit all my students!
