Starting Off The School Year Right!

Help me give my students the school supplies they need to start off the year strong to be successful in their science classroom.

My Project

Every new school year, I provide my students with science folders for them to keep all their science work in. These folders remain in the classroom along with their interactive science notebooks. This way they have access to their notes whenever they need them during class. The composition notebooks are for their interactive notebooks. The glue sticks will come in handy for their interactive notebooks and projects throughout the year.

Many of my students don't have the funds to purchase supplies for my class, so having a few extras just in class will be very helpful and make their learning experience that much more meaningful.

The science models will provide students with visuals for the human body unit. Giving my students concrete examples will help them to visualize what they are learning about in real time. I truly believe hands-on learning can be extremely beneficial to retaining information related to science.
