Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Currently our Esports program has a class and Esports team through which students can participate in competitions against others schools. The requested materials are to set up a school site club that students can join to participate in non competitive gameplay. Specifically focusing on friendly free play that allows them to develop social skills and good sportsmanship as they meet with other peers in a low stress environment. This gaming system would be the first starting point for our club adding another option for our students to learn more about the field of Esports.
