My Students

We are brand new! Students are coming from many different schools to form a new community at MRHS. Many of them are leaving friends and established traditions to come to our new school. These kids are bright and hopeful and happy. In the choir department, we hope to create a safe place for these kids to find new friends, establish new traditions, and create amazing music. We can’t wait to get going!

My Project

Students need to be celebrated. They want to leave a legacy behind them after they graduate. I have a lot of wall space in my choir room to do some beautiful art that will celebrate and list each student by name. The Cricut vinyl cutting machine will help us permanently post their names in an artful way in our school colors. In the future, younger students will search for the names of their friends and siblings and even parents on our wall of fame. Our choir theme is "Remember This!"
