My Project

Hello and thank you for considering donating to my classroom. I am entering my third year teaching and one thing I learned (thanks to DonorsChoose and generous donors) is that having the necessary materials to start off the year makes a difference!! My upcoming 5th graders will be eager to kick off the year, their last in Elementary school before venturing off to Middle School! To better prepare them for their educational journey I believe that being organized will help greatly! That is why the folders are needed. The notebooks so they can practice taking notes. Half journal will help with writing morning "would you rather" prompts that help the class get to know one another and help the students express themselves. I will likely move to a new classroom and will need new bulletin boards to show off all of the student's work throughout the year.

Again, I can't thank you enough for simply considering my class, and will be even more grateful for any amount donated.
