My students need a variety of items to get our 2017-2018 year off to a terrific start, including a toner cartridge, whiteboard and pink erasers, gaffers tape, disinfecting wipes, and more.
My students are excited and ready for third grade. They are eight and nine year olds who come from homes where families want them to be successful. Some come from homes with only one parent, others live with grandparents, some speak different languages, but everyone one of my families want their child to achieve his/her dreams and learn as much as possible!
Neither my students' families nor my school district have the finances to give my students everything they need to be successful.
It is my hope that you will help me bridge the gap to give my students the materials they need to reach their dreams. Your donation not only helps with supplies, but also lets my students know that you are also encouraging and cheering their successes!
My Project
This project contains many items that we will use everyday. The wipes help keep our work places clean and everyone healthy. The cord clips keep our technology organized and working for daily student use on the tablets and computers. The posters, we use for classroom projects and daily learning. The dry erase erasers and pink erasers are used daily as we are learning and growing into well-rounded successful students. We use the tape and printer ink to organize our classroom and create lasting projects. Lastly, the dry erase dots make our small group learning even more excited because they allow students to write on the tables while provide a specific work space.
Having an clean, organized, and a few brand new items makes the new year exciting.
It helps foster the idea that each year is a new beginning. The students are excited and ready to learn, your help and generosity reminds them that the world cares about them and wants them to achieve greatness!
