My students need classroom supplies such as headphones, privacy shields,felt tip pens, clipboards and scented markers to optimize their overall learning experience.
My classroom is always buzzing. We are a very busy first grade class as we are always exploring and experimenting to answer inquiry based questions. I am hoping to add some great new features to my classroom to make learning even more exciting and flexible for all of my students.
As an engineering school for children, all of my students are scientists.
They are curious and have a strong desire to answer their questions through the engineering process and experimentation. They think deeply about problems and are great problem solvers who work together. They have a great sense of community among their peers, both older and younger. They truly are the vision of the future.
My Project
Each student deserves a classroom filled with the essentials they need for daily, quality work. With the appropriate tools, my students will be able to work independently and efficiently. In the end, the work they'll produce will be above and beyond!
This project will equip my room with classroom materials and resources that my students will need for their work in the classroom throughout the year.
It will relieve any pressure from families who cannot afford more expensive supplies, such as headphones and specialty flair pens and markers, as well as ensure that each student in my classroom has the same learning experience. Privacy screens and clipboards will allow my students to soar to the next level of their learning by letting them move around the classroom and still have the privacy to show what they can do independently.
