My students need pencils, folders, and colored pencils/markers to start off the year right!
FULLY FUNDED! Ms. D.'s classroom raised $247

My Students
My students are an astounding group of children. They come in every day excited to learn and to see what fun activities we are going to do together. Many of my students come from very little and don’t always have what they need for that day. There are many students in our Title I school, and getting supplies for each one of them can sometimes be a challenge.
These projects will help my students succeed and reach levels they never imagined they could before!
My students should be able to walk into the classroom and not think negatively, as in "I forgot my pencil" or "I ran out of room in my notebook." My students should be able to think positively and openly, as in "I know my school and teacher have my back, and I will be able to learn the way I need to."
My Project
I would like to begin by thanking you for helping me make my students' classroom experience better! My students will use these items daily during their project-based learning journey. They will begin each class with their folders which will be decorated brightly to express each of their individual personalities.
The students will be able to see a positive, fun item they decorated themselves at the beginning of each and every class.
My students will review and write daily in their Georgetown team colored folders. Go Bull Dogs! Pencils, colored pencils and markers are always needed in the classroom. We constantly use colors in our interactive notebooks to help information stick out and be more memorable.
