Celebrate Black Teachers and Students

This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Students

My students are very motivated to learn. The students are well-behaved, friendly, and caring towards one another. They love to come to school to learn. Our school is working hard to "Build a Community of Lifelong Learners." The school is a positive environment and a safe haven for our students.

My students attend a Title I school, where the majority of students receive free or reduced-price lunch.

The students in my class love school; every day the students come in smiling and ready to learn.

My Project

My students need materials to help start our second semenster of school off on the right foot. We worked so hard during the first semester that we ran out of essentials such as crayons, copy paper, hand sanitizer, Kleenex and our pencil sharpener!

We will use the items requested in this project to make it successfully to the end of the school year.

We will use the pencil sharpener to keep our pencils ready to write. We will use the crayons, copy paper and mini dry erase erasers every day during class. We will use the Kleenex and hand sanitizer to help keep us healthy so we can finish the school year off strong!
