My Project

I have a group of incredibly creative and out-of-the-box thinkers for third graders. They have a knack for learning and engage with hands-on and tactile activities where they can use both sides of their brains to encourage their learning. These building sets will facilitate problem-solving skills, using their whole brain, fine motor skills and logical reasoning to promote their brain development. They are excellent to engage in educational activities that are fun and exciting for the kids. They also assist in concentration and a sense of togetherness in the classroom.

Giving students the opportunity to start their day off with hands-on STEM themed gadgets will get them into the mindset of learning while not requiring them to use a ton of brain power off the bat.

Picasso tiles, Lego sets, WITKA magnets, fidget toys, pattern blocks and more are all items that my students love to experiment and take risks with. They're able to work together in a low stakes environment and truly build a sense of community and confidence while tuning into their kid side as they play. I love to see how they use their skills to create and imagine all the possibilities these tools can provide for them!
