This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Help me give my students what they need to start the year off on a roll: snacks, manipulatives and classroom organization tools. Thank you for considering donating to our special education math classroom. This project has a little bit of everything in hopes of starting the new year off right. We have math manipulatives to gamify math lessons and make the math content more accessible through hands on. Snacks to make sure our students basic needs are being met before requiring more of them. Weighted plushes to assist students with anxiety and wiggles. Finally, some organization tools to keep our classroom clean and safe for our students. I intend to implement these items to make the classroom safe and accessible for all of my students both gen ed and sped.
