My Project

Every day I have students coming in hungry and without some basic needs for the school day. It's hard to be your best in school if you are hungry and lack the basics.

I often spend my own money throughout the year to provide snacks for hungry students and pencils and pens so they can be prepared to learn and work in my class and others throughout the day.

I start our classroom day with daily inspirational quotes or messages on our whiteboard. My students know I care about their needs.
