My Project

As we are currently operating in a temporary school with limited resources, the addition of educational materials such as printer, craft machine, sensory items, art supplies, and interactive learning tools will provide our students with the necessary support to thrive academically. These resources will not only foster a love for learning but also create a vibrant atmosphere where students can explore and engage with the curriculum in a hands-on manner. For instance, incorporating tactile materials in math lessons can help students visualize concepts and experience hands-on, making it more enjoyable.

The primary goal of this project is to establish a dedicated Special Education learning center that promotes both academic success and personal growth.

We want them to feel excited about coming to school and participating in activities that stimulate their curiosity and creativity. Additionally, I aim to bridge the gap created by our current lack of materials, by making DIY projects ensuring that every student has the opportunity to engage with the curriculum meaningfully.

The printer I am requesting will enable me to print materials such as worksheets, flip books and visual aids. With the cricut joy, as a fantastic addition to a classroom, me and my students can have a creative and organizational activities such as: Classroom Decor: Design and cut unique decorations for bulletin boards, doors, and walls. Visual Aids: Design and cut shapes, letters, and numbers for visual learning aids. Student Projects: Encourage creativity and problem-solving with hands-on projects. Game Pieces: Create custom game pieces and boards for educational games.

By utilizing these supplies, I can hopefully transform my classroom into a creative and engaging learning environment. By creating a space that is not only functional but also inviting, I aim to encourage students to take ownership of their learning.
