My Project

Aloha!

As a kindergarten teacher, I am committed to helping my students fall in love with reading and writing from the very beginning of their educational journey.

In order to build a strong foundation, I’m requesting materials that will support daily writing and literacy experiences in our classroom.

The primary journal tablets will help my students learn how to express their thoughts, ideas, and stories using pictures and words. These journals are specifically designed for early writers, giving them the structure they need to succeed.

To spark their creativity and deepen their understanding of storytelling, I’d love to have magnetic book shelves to proudly display our read-aloud books. When students see beautiful and engaging books at their eye level, it builds excitement and encourages them to explore literature.

Colorful paper and sentence strips will be used during writing instruction and literacy centers, helping students build sentences, learn sight words, and create their own stories. These simple tools make a huge difference when it comes to engaging young learners.

Lastly, classroom materials like laminator sheets and magnetic strips will allow me to create long-lasting, interactive learning tools that I can use again and again. These resources help me differentiate instruction and make learning more hands-on and meaningful.
