Staples and Tape: The Basics That Keep Us Together
Help me give my students working staplers, tape, and dispensers so they can stay organized and complete classroom tasks efficiently without interruptions caused by broken or missing basic supplies.
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
In our classroom, learning happens through projects, presentations, and creative displays—but we’re running low on the most basic supplies that make it all possible: staplers, tape, and dispensers. These simple tools are used daily and are essential for keeping student work organized and our classroom running smoothly.
Whether it’s stapling handouts, mounting posters, or taping together visual projects, these materials are in constant use—and our current supplies are worn out or broken.
With your support, we can replace what’s missing and make sure our students are equipped to do their best work.
Many students depend on our classroom to provide what they can’t bring from home. A functioning stapler or easy-to-use tape dispenser may seem like a small thing—but when students can’t finish a task because the tools are broken or unavailable, it disrupts their learning flow and confidence.
