My Project

Hello! And Happy end of the school year, it's almost summer! This means a huge and bittersweet thing is about to happen. Students are finishing their last lessons, testing, and time in the classroom. One thing I've always loved doing with my students is reading aloud a chapter book or series. Students always comment and ask (sometimes beg!) for me to read.

If I can instill a love of reading within my friends for the rest of their lives then I have been successful at my job.

This year, we have started reading Holes. Sadly, I don't think we will have time to finish reading as a class and because I want them to know the whole story. Therefore, we are requesting a class set of Holes where students can take them home and love them forever! Students can have a book to remember our classroom and practice their reading skills over the summer.
