Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Being a US and state history teacher, I often find myself looking for ways to bring the pride of our heritage to my students.
Having these flag stands and flags will help me to be able to demonstrate and establish pride in our heritage as a nation and a state within my classroom.
Having the bear art/craft will help to build my SBO as a team during our summer planning where the students create our school mascot to display in our SBO meeting setting.
Having legal pads of paper allows for my students to take notes and keep track of meeting minutes and agendas and tasks.
