This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students are deeply devoted to their musicianship and the performing arts. As such, it is important to me as a band director that they receive the necessary materials to perform at their greatest ability. Our school currently lacks a bass clarinet stand, making it a hazard when my bass clarinet players need to set down their instrument. Additionally, the interior condition of our clarinets has deteriorated over the years, affecting my clarinet players' ability to perform and practice effectively.

A new bass clarinet stand would guarantee that my students have a safe place to leave their instrument, and bore oil would sustain the longevity and improve the sound quality of our clarinets.

The materials included within the project would be highly beneficial to my clarinet players. With your support, we can use these materials to elevate the performance level of our ensemble!
