My Project

Students in our school are amazing, talented and eager to learn. They are also TALL! Help us to complete a classroom transformation to meet the needs of all of our learners-- short and tall!

Many of our taller students have tough time fitting their legs under standard school desks.

Help us keep them comfy by allowing seating that will fit them!

I am a teacher in the Urban Teacher Academy. My students are learning to become teachers themselves! This year, we planned a classroom makeover and students have selected this item as something they feel will make our classroom a more welcoming place to learn for all. We will also use these as "News Desks" as we create an exam review video series!

Standing desks are proven to help students with focusing needs and allows the teacher to be "on-level" with students during discussions. This helps to build an environment where all feel included!
