This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Who wants to sit in a hard plastic chair at a boring desk all day? Not me, not you, and certainly not a roomful of energetic 8 year olds. I work with my students to create their best learning environment. Some do well in a traditional desk. Some prefer a floor table and cushion.
Some students need to stand up and dance while completing their work.
I currently do not have a designated space for these learners. These desks and stool would allow me to create a space for these learners.
