Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I teach 28 first graders and I have the privilege of teaching a dual language class. As my students grow and learn they will be fluent in two languages. Not only will they be able to speak but they will also read and write in both languages! The items in this project are to use for multiple activities to help my students succeed.

The easel as well as the other items will allow my students to play with the letters, form word and sentence, and numbers in order to help them practice.

This will help kids who need some extra work on their lessons to do it in different ways.

Help my students find their creative side with this movable easel. As a teacher, I’m responsible for helping students achieve academic goals and milestones but they also need me to give them an outlet to express themselves.
