This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Hi donors! I am a 4th grade teacher in a Title 1 school. As a special education teacher, I am often working in small groups; sometimes pushing in to other teachers' classes. This presents a challenge for my learners, some of whom have differing abilities.

I am asking for help in obtaining an LG Stand By Me Board.

This board would allow me to present to my small group students on a computer screen rather than a dry erase board. With this tool, I will be better able to display materials needed for my learners to make educational gains. It will also save the time spent monitoring their abilities to appropriately transfer work that I display on the board to their papers. Allowing me and them more time to focus on the new skills being taught.

This item will be instrumental in providing enhanced instruction, and that is what my students DESERVE.
