Stampede to Read: Satisfaction Guaranteed Part Four
Help me give my students enough copies of books of interest to read!
FULLY FUNDED! Ms. Nixon's classroom raised $245

Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Students will have enough copies of books of interest to read and having these books in our class library from different authors will create a stampede to read during independent reading time.
In my class students love books about African Americans and the "Diary of a Wimpy Kid" books as well.
The reading intervention class that I teach is for students that have an reading lexile level that ranges from 300 to 800. Some of my students are newcomers that speak Spanish or Arabic. Other students are native English speakers.
Nearly all students from low‑income households
Data about students' economic need comes from the National Center for Education Statistics, via our partners at MDR Education. Learn more
