This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Buffalo Grounds in a student-run business that aims to provide workplace skills to students with special needs. We are requesting prep tables to create a conducive learning environment that simulates real-world food service settings. By equipping these students with the necessary resources, we aim to foster their independence, confidence, and skill development for transitioning out of high school.

With these workspaces, we aspire to create an inclusive and supportive space where every student, regardless of their abilities, can access quality vocational training.

These tables will serve countless students, as they will be utilized year and after year as our student-run business continues to expand and improve.
