This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Students

A good portion of my students lack fine motor skills. We have some special education self contained classes as well that they would be great for to improve their Motor skill and uses of their hands.

My students here in south Mississippi are a very diverse group of kids.

We have many different nationalities and backgrounds. The most important thing that sets us apart from other schools is our special education program. We have four self contained classes.

My Project

Using these speed cups it will increase our students fine motor skills, which is the use of hands and fingers. Also their hand eye coordination. Our Special education classes come to P.E. with our regular education class. I know that both classes would benefit.

Helping our program even with cups will lead these students in the right direction of a healthy lifestyle.

Resources like these will last for years and hundreds of student will use them.
