Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

The specific items chosen for our new three-year-old classroom such as sensory bins, manipulatives, art supplies, and cozy reading areas that are designed to support hands-on learning and exploration. These materials help develop fine motor skills, early literacy, and problem-solving abilities in a fun, age-appropriate way. By creating an inviting and stimulating space, we’re setting the stage for meaningful, play-based learning.

Our goal for this project is to build a nurturing, engaging environment where young learners feel safe, supported, and excited to come to school each day.

We aim to encourage curiosity, foster independence, and help each child grow socially, emotionally, and academically at their own pace.

What makes our students special is their natural wonder, joy, and individuality. At this age, children are discovering so much about themselves and the world around them. Each one brings a unique spark to our classroom and we are honored to help guide their learning journey during these foundational years.
