Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
As a 6th grade teacher, one of the best parts of the spring semester seeing what mt students are capable of, and giving them some fun and creative projects to finalize the year. I enjoy seeing their creative sides come out through their work and they learn so much more when they are engaged in a project that gives them that outlet.
This spring, I am looking forward to assigning various posters, pamphlets, and a scrapbook for my students to create and reflect on what we learned all year, and take with them into the next grade level.
For these projects, we need some art supplies, poster boards, as well as binders for their scrapbooks.
