Spring Into Speech!

Help me give my students spring-themed sensory toys and experiences to welcome the new season!

My Project

My students are ready and waiting for the spring season, after a long and cold winter here in New York. In order to help them welcome the spring season, I would like to provide them with new spring materials and experiences. This project includes spring sensory toys, such as sensory bins and items to go with it. These items will help give my students hands-on activities to use when they are learning new vocabulary, and engaging in language-rich play. Additionally, I have included caterpillars and a butterfly garden in this project. Watching caterpillars transform will give the students a wonderful way to learn about spring and the life-cycle in an up close and personal manner.

My students have a wide range of abilities, and having these interactive materials will help them learn at their best.

Some basic supplies have been included in this project as well, to help keep our materials updated and fresh for the spring.
