Celebrate Black Teachers and Students

This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

Our population includes English language learners, special needs students, newcomers, and refugees. We are a superfamily of all shapes, colors, sizes, cultures, and abilities!

We talk about our community, discuss our future, learn to "aspire for the impossible," embrace differences, and follow our dreams.

We talk about caring and protecting our environment. I am always on the lookout for new ideas to support my students' learning. Our laminator is broken and we need a new one to make adaptive books for our literacy and STEM based lessons to support my visual, second language learners, and students with various abilities and learning styles. Garden related toys, games, and manipulatives would be perfect for our little learners to start our spring, weather, and earth related activities. These requested pretend play items would make our lessons more interactive and hands-on. Thank you for investing in our future! Stay healthy and safe! Happy Spring!
